- En l’assemblea de socis de 18 de març de 2023 es van aprovar els nou reglaments, protocol i regim intern que definiran el funcionament de l’entitat i la tradició del pubillatge d’ara endavant.
- Aquests documents, que més enllà de modificacions puntuals no es renovaven des de feia dècades, volen ser una eina que permeti al pubillatge adaptar-se a la realitat vigent de la tradició.
- Incorporen novetats com l’edat mínima per ser candidat/a als títols nacionals, el canvi de nom de l’entitat vinculat al pas a federació i s’hi reconeixen elements que fins ara no estaven contemplats.

Dimecres, 19 d’abril de 2023. – Des del passat 18 de març ja han entrat en vigor nou reglament del pubillatge, el nou protocol, el règim intern i els nous estatuts. Aquests últims queden pendents de l’aprovació i acceptació del nou document per part del departament competent de la Generalitat de Catalunya.
Aquesta renovació dels principals documents que regeixen tan l’activitat el pubillatge com a tradició, com el funcionament i la forma jurídica de l’entitat tenen com a objectiu principal el d’establir les eines necessàries per tal que les respectives junts directives del Foment de les Tradicions Catalanes i el pubillatge vigent d’arreu, puguin adaptar-se a la realitat que representa la tradició entrats ja a la segona dècada del segle XXI.
L’origen d’aquesta reforma parteix de la necessitat de renovar uns documents que des de la seva creació havien rebut reformes puntuals de manera general i que en la seva gran majoria no s’havien renovat mai. Aquests documents, vistos amb els ulls d’avui en dia, presentaven un seguit de deficiències estructurals i de manca de reconeixement d’alguns elements que són una realitat normalitzada en el dia a dia del pubillatge. En aquest sentit, tota la nova documentació aprovada ha de representar una tradició que en aquests moments és més plural i diversa que mai.
PRINCIPALS NOVETATS DE CADA DOCUMENT
Nou reglament general del pubillatge
L’objectiu principal de la renovació d’aquest document recau en la voluntat d’evitar buits conceptuals que donin peus a dubtes. Principalment s’hi regula la presència dels títols de barris, associacions i universitats; s’augmenta l’edat mínima per ser candidat/a als títols nacionals, passant dels 16 als 17 anys a aplicar a partir del certamen nacional de l’any 2024; o es proposen ràtios de títols comarcals segons nombre de candidats/es.
Nou protocol
En termes generals segueix una línia semblant al reglament general, intentar contemplar aquells buits conceptuals que hi havia presents, s’hi defineixen les tipologies de vestimenta en base a 3 tipus diferents i es regulen i concreten les entrades a les proclamacions i actes
Nous estatuts del Foment de les Tradicions Catalanes
Dels nous estatuts cal destacar dos elements com a principals canvis. Més enllà de qüestions formals pròpies dels organismes, les dos principals novetats es troben en la durada dels mandats de les juntes directives de l’entitat, que passen a ser de 4 a 3 anys; que contempla el pas a federació de l’entitat quan es consideri oportú administrativa i legalment per part de la junta directiva de l’entitat; i finalment també s’aprova el canvi de nom paral·lel al pas a federació.
Creació d’un regim intern
Una de les principals novetats que entren en vigor és el nou document de règim intern. Aquest document regula i defineix els casos en els que es considera que es poden donar situacions de vulnerabilitat o faltes greus per part de membres de l’entitat, tant de la junta directiva com socis, i també referent al pubillatge vigent.
Així mateix també s’hi especifica com es regula la comissió de Foment encarregada d’estudiar les mesures a prendre i els mecanismes de denúncia.
